Advent is a holy time of expectant waiting as we look to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Advent traditions often include lighting a candle representing various themes each Sunday, with the most common themes being hope, peace, joy, and love.
We are presenting you with an opportunity for creative self-expression with the printed images of four candles in your Christmas card. The following instructions include Bible verses and a step-by-step guide to help you create your own version of the four Advent candles. These are only suggestions. Have fun, share with your family, and get creative.
